Sources Sought Notice General Scope: This project is to complete a government parking area and roadways near building 140 located on Camp Murray, WA. Work will include complete site preparation beginning with the grading, stormwater management, and construction of a retaining wall followed by paving of access road and parking lots, and landscaping. Additionally covered shelters, lighting, and security fencing will be constructed. The magnitude of this project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intent to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 24 July 2026, 07:00 am PST.
