Contract Description
NOTICE: No contract shall result from this agreement. Accepting the terms and conditions of this agreement will allow the contractor to be considered for Task Order (TO) award. The 31st Contracting Squadron (31 CONS) at Aviano Air Base, Italy, is establishing the Engineering Assistance and General Labor Enablement (EAGLE) program through a Construction Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) program. If interested please review the attached requirements and submit the necessary documentation to become an approved BOA holder.
