The General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide the construction of a Specialized Mission Training Facility (SMTF) in Laurel, MD. Summary: This project includes building the SMTF at the James J. Rowley Training Center (JJRTC), which is the primary training facility for the United States Secret Service (USSS).
