The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, Code 8124, requires corrosion-control and coating services for one AN/FSC-78 terminal located in Guam. The contractor shall independently perform all required work and furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, access equipment, heavy equipment, transportation, shipping, travel, lodging, mobilization, demobilization, environmental controls, containment, quality control, waste handling, and other services necessary to complete the requirement in accordance with the Statement of Work.
