REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Special Operations, Chief Counsel Branch 1. Overview This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued in accordance with FAR Part 10 – Market Research. The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is conducting market research to identify qualified vendors capable of providing court reporting and transcription services in support of administrative proceedings.
