Contract Description
The Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Orlando Division, on behalf of Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test & Threat (CPE ST3), is seeking innovative solutions for Agile Professional Services. There is a need for adopting a task-based, outcome-focused, capability-centric, Agile Program Management approach that enables flexibility, responsiveness, and scalability. This effort will provide focused acquisition support to enable delivery of foreign and domestic training and testing systems in all phases of the acquisition lifecycle.
