Details for the Site Visit scheduled for July 2025 are included in the Pre-solicitation/Synopsis. **************** Description of Work: The SOW (Statement of Work) will be posted with the upcoming anticipated Solicitation. The work generally consists of the following: A. Perform all requirements (including producing a Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE)) to attain a permit from the Colorado Department of Transportation to bore a 2-inch HDPE (SDR-11) waterline under Colorado HWY 24.
