Contract Description
The United States Air Force solicits a Request for Technical Proposals for FA5575-25-B-0004 to design and construct an addition to the Base Chapel. This project aims to expand the administrative area of the chapel, building 109, at the Morón Air Base (Spain). This requirement will be procured using FAR 14 and FAR 36, Sealed Bidding and Construction Contracts. The two-step sealed bidding method will be used. The submission of the Technical Proposal is Step One. Only those contractors that have submitted an acceptable Technical Proposal will pass to Step Two and will be requested to submit a priced bid.
