Contract Description
(DOS) is an Army organization sited on Fort Novosel, Alabama. DOS plans, coordinates, implements, and manages live, virtual, constructive, gaming (LVCG), and Mission Command (MC) efforts that support Institutional Initial Military Training (IMT), Professional Military Education (PME), and select external training readiness requirements. DOS executes its critical training support mission from two separate facilities (Bldg 5440 and Bldg 5101) which together house in excess of $500 Million worth of simulation and simulator equipment as well as associated network and communication architectures.
