Contract Description
The purpose of this Request For Interest (RFI) is to seek information and formal statements of interest from public and private entities to partner with NASA for the development of land to support a self-contained multi-use, multi-tenant technology park located at the Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF) in New Orleans, LA. MAF is located on 830 acres of U.S. Government-owned land. MAF is home to more than 24 Federal, State, Academic and Commercial tenants with a growing workforce of approximately 2,600 people. The center is managed by NASA via the Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) under a Federal City model and serves as the Agency’s primary manufacturing hub for both Government and commercial customers.
