1.0 DESCRIPTION This is a Sources Sought Synopsis notice for market research purposes only. This is not a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information from interested and capable sources for Drug Demand Reduction Program (DDRP) Observer Support Services for the 143d Airlift Wing, Rhode Island Air National Guard, located at Quonset Air National Guard Base, RI.
