Contract Description

The work is for Elevator Maintenance and Repairs located at Naval Submarine Base New London, Groton CT. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering and other items necessary to provide the services as described in the Performance Work Statement. The contract term will be a base period of twelve (12) months, plus four twelve (12) month options. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee.
