INTRODUCTION Battelle Energy Alliance, LLC (BEA) Management & Operating Contractor of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) owned Idaho National Laboratory (INL), is seeking an Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors to provide design and installation services for entrance canopies at Buildings 682 and 688. This initiative supports BEA’s commitment to improving facility safety, accessibility, and weather protection for personnel and visitors. BACKGROUND Due to wind and extreme weather conditions, the card readers are seeing numerous failures. Buildings 682 and 688 require new entrance canopies to enhance security, safety, and protection from environmental conditions and improve structural aesthetics.
