Contract Description

The DFC Office of Development Policy (ODP) seeks to establish an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a qualified E&S consulting firm (the Contractor) to provide on-demand environmental and social advisory services to support the E&S Risk Management Team across all types of transactions including debt, equity, political risk insurance and financial intermediaries. See the attached solicitation for details. NOTICE OF INDUSTRY DAY: DFC will host an industry day for interested parties on April 30, 2026 at 2:00pm Eastern time via Microsoft Team. To participate, please submit a list of each attendee's first name, last name and email address to melissa.hergenrader@dfc.gov and aaron.mckellum@dfc.gov by April 29, 4:00pm Eastern time.
