Contract Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to PARAMETER GENERATION AND CONTROL for the purchase of two environmental chambers in the Tobacco Products Laboratory. The anticipated period of performance is 09/30/2026 – 08/31/2027. This contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102 and 41 U.S.C. § 1901 and 1903 (an interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals).
