Contract Description
The United States Marine Corps (USMC) seeks information from organizations capable of providing Environmental Management Program (EMP) support for Headquarters Marine Corps (HQMC) and Marine Corps Installations Command (MCICOM). Support includes technical and management assistance in executing the USMC EMP under MCO 5090.2, covering worldwide installations. Tasks include policy development, planning, inspections, issue resolution, oversight, reporting, and funding support, as well as EMS goals, compliance and sustainability strategies, environmental expertise, data management, and funding execution.
