NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Environmentally Assisted Cracking EAC susceptibility and threshold performance of compromised Aluminum 2219 alloy analysis. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia 1001 Emmett ST N Charlottesville Virginia 22903- 4833 United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia is the sole provider of Environmentally Assisted Cracking EAC susceptibility and threshold performance of compromised Aluminum 2219 alloy analysis NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort.
