NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Environmentally Assisted Cracking EAC susceptibility and threshold performance of compromised Aluminum 2219 alloy analysis. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Rector and Visitors of the University of Virginia 1001 Emmett ST N Charlottesville Virginia 22903- 4833 United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
