Contract Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is conducting market research to assess industry interest and availability for upcoming Power Generation and Microgrid projects at the following locations and anticipated timelines: USAG Ansbach (Storck Barracks), Germany: FY 2026 USAG Ansbach (Katterbach / Bismarck), Germany: FY 2027 Zutendaal, Belgium: FY 2027 USAG Benelux Chievres Air Base, Belgium: FY 2028 These projects will involve the construction of microgrids incorporating a range of scope elements, including (but not limited to): diesel generators, natural gas lines, information and communication systems, microgrid systems, switchgear, photovoltaic systems, centralized generation with controls, electrical/telecommunication duct banks, and peak shaving control systems.
