Contract Description
The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City requires a professional event production company to design, build, equip, staff, and manage its booth space in a trade show in Mexico City. The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive booth services including design and infrastructure, utilities, kitchen equipment, promotional materials, audiovisual services, photography and videography, staffing, and daily operational support throughout the event. The anticipated performance period will begin upon contract award for planning and coordination activities, with on-site execution from June 10 through June 21, 2026.
