07/11/2025 - Update The purpose of this notice is to revise the preliminary schedule milestones for the ELVIS 4 acquisition to TBD. NASA KSC is pausing the acquisition and will issue a notice updating the acquisition schedule when the pause is lifted. NASA KSC has a continuing need for ELVIS services, and requirements contemplated under notice ID 80KSC026R0002 remain the best information available at this time. Requirements updates and acquisition strategy information (to include small business considerations, contract length and incentives, and reference documents) will be posted to https://sam.gov when available and in advance of any draft solicitation to facilitate planning.
