Contract Description

Revise Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plan (SPCCP) For Marion, IL VA Medical Center (MRN) INTRODUCTION MRN VAMC is seeking a 5-year review and amendment of the current plan to verify compliance with current and any new requirements listed in (a-d) below and to update since the approval of the current SPCCP dated/signed March 30, 2021. The revised document shall be electronic and user-friendly. The contractor shall perform a 5-year review according to 40 CFR 112, to include any revisions, updates, or technical changes for amendment. The contractor will make necessary changes including plan content, maps, worksheets, charts, cross references, etc. The contractor may use current plans as references for technical information.
