The predecessor contract was a Firm Fixed Price contract with flawed pricing prompting this requirement to be resolicited as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. 2. What is the expected total number of program participants (badge wearers) across all three locations Omaha (OVAMC), Lincoln (LVAMC), and Grand Island (GIVAMC)?
