Contract Description
This Request for Information (RFI) conducts market research to inform future requirements and contract strategies for the turn-key delivery and execution of the Fast Burst Reactor (FBR) Life Cycle Modernization Project at White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). Funded as a Central Test and Evaluation Investment Program (CTEIP) project, this effort seeks comprehensive life-cycle modernization solutions to ensure the long-term availability, maintainability, reliability, and sustainment of the FBR facility. The Government is exploring a range of acquisition strategies and plans to utilize the information gained from this White Paper to help further shape the acquisition strategy.
