Presolicitation Notice (This is not a solicitation or request for quotations) The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Center (FCI) Williamsburg intends to award a firm-fixed price commercial services contract under FAR Part 12 (Simplified Procedures 12.201-1, Deviatiation Aug 2025) for preventative maintenance, equipment adjustment, tube cleaning, refrigerant leak testing, and oil change(s) of three (3) commercial chillers for a period of twelve (12) months. All supplies, materials, and tools required to perform the preventative maintenance, service and inspections shall be provided by the awarded contractor.
