3/26/26: NASA has decided to reassess the FSP development approach and at this time the current Technical Library through this SAM.gov posting will be made inactive. Please continue to monitor SAM.gov for updates. This National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA/Glenn Research Center (GRC) is establishing the Technical Library for all potential offerors to the Fission Surface Power (FSP) System Announcment for Partnership Proposals (AFPP). It is expected that the Technical Library will be updated periodically through the acquisition period.
