Contract Description
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC)-Fort Riley, KS intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for Roof Repair at Building B2417 and replace it with a new fully adhered 80 mil TPO roofing system over cover board, R38 insulation and 5/8-inch glass-mat roof board. Provide termination bars, counterflashing, and continuous bead of sealant. Install in accordance with roofing manufacturer's recommendations. Provide a 30-year manufacturer's warranty with 120-mph wind speed coverage. The work performance location for this contract will be building 2417, Cassidy Rd, located within the Fort Bliss Texas installation. The contract duration is 180 days after notice to proceed.
