Contract Description

This requirement is a non-personal services contract in which the contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, equipment, and maintenance necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance and improvement services are performed at for Ft. Stevens National Cemetery (FSNC) located in Hammond, Oregon. This requirement will be evaluated using a tiered approach. Quotations will first be considered within the highest priority socioeconomic tier identified in this solicitation. If award cannot be made within that tier, the Government may proceed to the next tier and repeat the process. See attachments.
