Contract Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for construction services issued to acordance with FAR 12.603 and FAR 36. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The purpose is to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the construction of a 40' x 60' prefabricated metal building at Vance Air Force Base, Oklahoma, per the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Government has authorized ASRC Federal Gulf State Constructors (AFGSC) the Prime Contractor to post this solicititation, contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds.
