Contract Description

AMENDMENT THREE: The purpose of this amendment is to add the following attachments: A. The RFQ is hereby changed from a Small Business set-aside to Full and Open Competition. B. Inclusion of Atch 02. Barge Crane Service PWS Rev. 01, changes are as follows; "Upon the start of Period of Performance (PoP) 14 day, the Government will require the delivery and pre-positioning of the crane and all necessary equipment at the designated location. Upon a separate 24-hour notification of operational day, the Contractor will provide the crane operator and personnel to perform off-loading requirements. Off-loading performance is expected to be 12 hours maximum in duration, not to include travel to the designated location."
