NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE Solicitation Number: 15M10226QA4700084 The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source firm fixed price contract FY26-30 MSD- HQ Emergency BLDG. Repair to FOURTH CRYSTAL PARK ASSOCIATES LP. The period of performance for this effort will be a 12-month base period with four (4) 12-month option periods. The total estimated value is less than $350,000 for the duration of the contract and for the emergency repairs to the GSA leased building. This sole source contracting action is pursuing a waiver from placing an order on a competitive basis pursuant to FAR 6.302-2 for the aforementioned requirement.
