Contract Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is issued as a sole source requirement to ABB Inc, located at 23000 Harvard Rd, Beachwood OH 44122-7234, for proprietary software maintenance service for the boiler plant in Building 177 at Robins AFB, GA.
