Contract Description
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT THE REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL, NOR INFORMATION FOR BID. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Detroit District intends to solicit for the FY26 Saginaw Maintenance Dredging (MD) and Confined Disposal Facility (CDF) / Dredged Material Disposal Facility (DMDF) Maintenance project, located in Bay City, MI and Saginaw, Michigan. The project includes, but not limited to, Maintenance Dredging to address shoaling in the Upper River and Lower Bay as part of recurring channel maintenance to allow continued operation for its authorized purpose. This project includes routine maintenance of the government-owned CDF and DMDF. In the Upper River the dredging operation will be limited to the boundaries of the federal navigational channel.
