Contract Description
PART 1 – GENERAL INFORMATION This is a non-personnel services contract to provide technical services for a sediment characterization in Willapa Bay, Washington (Figure 1). The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers will be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn, is responsible to the USACE. 1.
