Contract Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Presolicitation Notice for Garage Infrared Heaters Installation, Thomaston Dam, Thomaston, CT. QUESTIONS REGARDING THE PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ANSWERED DURING THE PRESOLICITATION PHASE. SUBMIT QUESTIONS TO THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST AFTER THE SOLICITATION AND ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS HAVE BEEN POSTED. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, and labor to install 3 low intensity infrared tube heaters (40-K BTU each for a total of 120,000 BTU), in a 2,016 sq ft garage with 16’ high ceilings, as well as one (1) 300-gallon propane tank, tank pad, and associated protective barrier at the Thomaston Dam garage building.
