Pre-Solicitation Notice W9128F26QA043 Garrison Spillway Chute Subdrain Inspection Garrison Dam, ND On or about 15 April 2026, this office will issue Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Garrison Spillway Chute Subdrain Inspections at Garrison Dam, ND. The solicitation will close on or about 13 May 2026. This solicitation is restricted to SMALL BUSINESSES ONLY. Site Visit: Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation. Project Description: This requirement is for a cleanout and camera inspection of the Garrison Dam spillway subdrains, the spillway adjacent box drains, the spillway crest relief wells, the powerhouse under seepage drains, as well as the sounding and rehabilitation of the crest relief wells.
