ADDENDUM #3 1/9/26 RFI #2 1. Is the 2 hour on site requirement for Emergence call a must have? a. Yes. These are back-up generators that need to be operational within 2hrs or less as IT equipment switches to battery back-up which only lasts for a very short time with the heavy data center load. 2. Can you clarify the Testing requirements for the Load Banking of each generator ? Load Percentages and time for each level a. This is outlined within PWS para 4.1.5.1 i. 30 minutes at 20% of rated load of genset. ii. 30 minutes at 50% of rated load of genset. 3. Are there different requirements for each generator? a.
