Contract Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY – This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes, as a means for the Government to conduct market research, identifying interested parties and their capability to provide a Giant Voice upgrade at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ IAW the attached draft Statement of Objectives (SOO). This requirement is anticipated to utilize brand-name products pending justification approval. The current Giant Voice System has a total of forty-two (42) GV poles, but this requirement will provide for a total of twenty-nine (29) poles or towers across JB-MDL; most of these towers are a hybrid system consisting of equipment from Sircom and Federal Signal.
