THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY; THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. This Presolicitation Notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit and negotiate a non-competitive sole source contract under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204 (a)(1) and in accordance with Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1.
