Contract Description
This is an Intent to Sole Source Notice. NASA/Johnson Space Center (JSC) has a requirement for continued services regarding the development, maintenance, and application of Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GN&C) products and services. NASA/JSC intends to issue a sole source new follow-on contract to acquire services from The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Inc. under the authority of FAR 6.103-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12.
