The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, has awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract, N00019-26-C-0122, to Northrop Gumman Systems Corporation, (NGSC), Launch Vehicle Division (LVD), Chandler, AZ for the Ful Rate Production (FRP) Lot 18 of twenty-eight (28) GQM-163A Coyote Supersonic Sea-skimming Targets (SSST) to support the United States Navy (USN), Foreign Military Sales (FMS), and Overseas Contingency Operations (OCO). This contract was awarded on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, "Only one Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements".
