Contract Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to pump solid and liquid waste from toilet vaults. Add 100 gallons of water to the vault after removal of waste. Transfer waste to a disposal facility in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Base year and 2 option years. Toilet pumping and addition of water to vaults to occur between October 1st and November 15th. All questions shall be submitted via email to Ashley.Stoltzfus@usda.gov and are due no later than April 23, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. If applicable, a question and answer document will be posted to SAM.gov after the questions are due. All offers due no later than May 4, 2026 at 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
