Contract Description
Grounds Maintenance base year plus 4 option years at the Omaha/Fort McPherson National Cemeteries. Purpose of amendment 0003 is to provide answers to vendors' questions, the vendor site visit attendee list, a revised E.2 52.212 paragraph (A) Sub-Factor 2 (i.e. the Instructions to Offerors_Evaluation Criteria section), a revised Price Schedule Excel spreadsheet, and a revised performance work statement and CLIN structure. Also included in this amendment 0003, in accordance with 52.215-1(d), Offer Expiration Date, offerors' proposals will be valid for ninety (90) days after the deadline for offers.
