Contract Description
The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) hereby issues this request for quote (RFQ) for Grounds Maintenance Services, in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA). In accordance with (IAW), Attachment 0001 Performance Work Statement.
