Contract Description
The U.S. Army, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria intends to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the U.S. Army Garrison Ansbach. This requirement will include Grounds Maintenance for USAG Ansbach Kassernes. The Period of Performance is expected to start on 01APR2025 and includes a one (1) year Base Period with three (3) one-year Option Periods IAW FAR Clause 52.217-9. The Product Service Code (PSC) code for this requirement is S208 (Housekeeping-Landscaping/Groundskeeping). The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation under full and open competition in 1st or 2nd quarter FY 26, but the Government reserves the right to delay or cancel the solicitation...
