Contract Description
Amendment #1 - 24 July 2025 - The purpose of this amendment is to post the consolidated list of questions and answers. No other changes were made to this notice. Original notice: The Health Readiness Contracting Office, East Services Branch intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a base year period of performance from 15 September 2025 thru 14 September 2026 plus two 1-year option periods for a total contract period from 15 September 2025 thru 14 September 2028. The contract seeks for Radiation Survey Service and Certification at the Keller Army Community Hospital, West Point, NY plus three other clinics located in Fort Dix, NJ, Hanscomb Air Force Base, MA, and Gordon, CT. See attached Combined Synopsis and Solicitation.
