THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS, AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office has a requirement on the behalf of National Defense University (NDU). NDU requires contractor services to provide twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week, and 365 days per year (24/7/365) monitoring services of security system, alarm monitoring, visitor/access control with badge and/or DoD Common Access Card (CAC) verification, reporting of various systems status to include IDS, CCTV, Fire, temperature n...
