DESCRIPTION: The intent of this solicitation is to target seven (7) contractors for a new Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Design/Build (D/B) Operation and Maintenance Construction Projects within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries.
