Contract Description
The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineering Research and Development Center – Construction Engineering Research Laboratory (ERDC-CERL) in Champaign, IL has a requirement for one (1) Specim IQ Hyperspectral Camera, one (1) Specim INSIGHT software license, and one (1) custom hard case for camera. ERDC-CERL intends to award a purchase order with competition restricted to Konica Minolta Sensing Americas Inc in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102(a). The anticipated award date is 05/15/2026. Konica Minolta Sensing Americas Inc is determined to be the only source capable of fulling the government’s requirements.
