Contract Description
The Government has addressed questions from Industry Days and those responses are found in the attached document. In addition to the attached Q&A's, please take a moment to respond to the question below regarding IDOS OCI's. The Government is in the process of analyzing the planned IDOS acquisition in order to identify and evaluate potential organizational conflicts of interest. This will assist the Government in developing any necessary solicitation provisions and contract clauses as well as avoid, neutralize, or mitigate significant potential conflicts before contract award (See FAR 9.504).
