Contract Description
The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source, Firm Fixed-Price, purchase order for dual radio’s for the ambulance and hand held for the staff that is associated with the Quentin N Burdick Memorial Healthcare Facility, 1300 Hospital Loop, Belcourt, ND to provide radio’s and hand held for the staff in housekeeping department. Only one source is capable to provide, this is a Statewide System that was bided out and Motorola won the State Bid Pricing. This will include installation for all radio’s and handheld radio’s. The vendor must be able to provide Motorola radio’s and handheld radio’s for the ambulance’s. The period of performance will be for sixty (60) days from the Date of Award.
